Job Overview

A highly skilled Director is needed to lead the growth of a $50MM-$200MM+ size D2C digital marketplace consumer goods and services company in the USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, testing, and optimizing online sales funnels to maximize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire online sales funnel, focusing on conversion rates, AOV, and LTV.
  • CRO Expertise: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, uncover insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team or work with agencies as needed to meet strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing.
