WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
Perform essential tasks to maintain our properties in excellent condition.
Address service requests promptly, engage with residents, and ensure the functionality of property systems.
Coordinate the timely completion of resident and management service requests.
Prepare vacant units to meet occupancy standards within the designated timeframe.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; promptly report safety concerns to management.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in collaboration with your supervisor.
Work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor to prepare the site for inspections.
Adhere to workplace safety policies and standards, including current health guidelines.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance repairs.
Qualifications:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You possess a minimum of 2 years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in affordable housing.
You are available for emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs while standing for an 8-hour shift.
You approach each day with determination – welcoming constructive feedback and striving for improvement.
