Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Requirements Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) VA Logistics Redesign (VALOR) Program, focusing on Supply Chain modernization initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role offers the flexibility of limited remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of requirement documentation, including but not limited to requirements traceability matrices, dashboards, and user stories.
  • Design and development of business process workflows.
  • Facilitation of business processes and requirements discussions with the VA business community.
  • Conducting gap analyses to assess current versus future capabilities.
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, and Visio.
  • This position requires on-site presence at least 2-3 days per week.
Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000

Benefits Overview:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) planning.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in federal consulting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in VA consulting.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
