Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, light carpentry, and HVAC repairs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of our properties
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve maintenance issues and improve our services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
