About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Director to lead our IS Enterprise Imaging team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the development and implementation of our enterprise imaging technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IS Enterprise Imaging team, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and implementation of enterprise imaging technology solutions, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with other business units.
  • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of technology projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department leadership and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in technology and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technology teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
