**Key Responsibilities**

  • Effectively sell, deliver, and service all customers to increase sales annually.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in trucks and depots, ensuring fresh product and minimizing out-of-stocks.
  • Plan, pick, and load trucks accurately and efficiently for next-day deliveries.
  • Represent the company in a positive manner when interacting with customers, receivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Merchandise accounts according to company guidelines and execute sales, delivery, and merchandising functions as defined by the District Manager.
  • Adhere to fleet loss policies and maintain valid CDL with air brake certification.
  • Complete daily procedural guidelines to maintain 100% D.O.T. compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Organizational skills, cleanliness, and accuracy are essential for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
