Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at LaFontaine Kia. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating their characteristics, capabilities, and features. You will develop and qualify buyers and close sales, ensuring a personalized experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and understand new products, features, and accessories
  • Develop and qualify buyers, and close sales
  • Work with the Sales Manager to compute and quote sales prices
  • Prepare all related paperwork and applications
  • Deliver new vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
