Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a project manager/business analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of larger organizational goals, including updating data in Salesforce, running audit reports, and performing testing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Update data in Salesforce for invitations
  • Run audit reports/perform audits of specific data in Cvent and Salesforce
  • Perform testing in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3+ years of analyst experience
  • Salesforce data management experience
  • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively tailor communication to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
