Job Summary

Tennessee Performing Arts Center Management Corp. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining all facilities in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the highest standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily rounds to ensure all facilities are safe and well-maintained
  • Attend to work orders and internal service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain all facilities and operating systems in a safe and efficient working order
  • Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
  • Work with outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed
  • Maintain records of all work activities and support materials
  • Provide written reports to other departments as needed
  • Provide for safe disposal of all waste material
  • Maintain tools and work area in a safe, secure, and efficient manner
  • Work with other departments as directed
  • Keep track of supplies and requisition needed supplies
  • Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and back of house spaces
  • Perform advanced electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Provide supervision of other maintenance personnel
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a flexible schedule to include working nights and weekends
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Basic skills required with computers
  • Must pass a background check
  • Preferred: Electrical, EPA, or HVAC certification; Trade School Diploma/Certificate; Bilingual: English/Spanish
