Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, accounting, or financial systems to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Finance Manager, you will drive revenue management governance, collaborate with sales and finance teams, and lead the space funding budget process. You will also monitor key account pricing performance, provide insights and recommendations, and conduct financial literacy training for business partners.

Responsibilities:
• Drive and support revenue management governance, including pricing governance, space funding, and trade promotion management accrual approval.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support key objectives through data-driven insights and strong business partnering.
• Lead the space funding budget process and review unplanned key account pricing.
• Monitor key account pricing performance against targets and provide insights and recommendations.
• Approve TPM accruals and oversee the expired TPM tactic process.
• Conduct financial literacy training for business partners and perform ad-hoc reporting to support business needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in combined accounting, finance, or financial systems roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
