About the Program

Our 12-month training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a manager in our fast-paced and dynamic environment. Through a combination of classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and mentorship, you will learn the ins and outs of operations management, including financial management, marketing, administrative tasks, regulatory compliance, quality control, and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of operations management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and other stakeholders
  • Travel to various BioLife locations to learn from experienced team members and build your network
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience
  • Experience supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to frequently lift to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
