Job Summary:

LB&B Associates is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial heating and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment and building systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, identifying and implementing solutions to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operation of all building systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
  • Competency in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems.
  • General maintenance knowledge of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
  • Universal EPA or CFC certification required.
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required.
  • Technical training in HVAC highly desired.
