Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Banker to join our team at Woodforest National Bank. As a Retail Banker, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales goals by identifying and marketing bank products and services to customers.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
  • Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive and engaging.
Work Environment

As a Retail Banker, you will work in a fast-paced branch environment, interacting with customers and colleagues daily. You will be required to stand for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, or sitting.
