  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including photos, daily reports, submittals, RFIs, schedules, punchlists, tasks, and documents.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of construction professionals.

  • Financial Management Skills: Ability to manage project budgets and track expenses.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software, including Procore and estimating platforms.
  • Education and Experience: Five years of experience in construction management, with a degree in construction management or a related field.
