Essential Duties:
- Identify and manage incident reports, performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA) as necessary.
- Facilitate open communication with various departments regarding cases to promote timely resolutions.

Qualifications:
- A Registered Nurse (BSN) or a Bachelor's Degree in health sciences is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
Certifications:
- Must hold a current Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management certification.
- Advanced certification in the quality field is highly desirable.
Experience:
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience along with a background in leadership is required.
- At least three years of experience in risk management, patient safety, or quality management is necessary.
- Ability to think critically, work independently, and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Proficient manual dexterity for operating office equipment, frequent computer usage, and the ability to stand, walk, and sit as needed.
- Normal visual acuity, hearing, and speech capabilities are required.
