  • Unloads, unpacks, and organizes products on shelves with incoming inventory.
  • Ensures new stock is accurately placed in designated areas.
  • Dismantles and disposes of empty packaging.
  • Operates equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and communicates pertinent information to supervisors.
  • Maintains the confidentiality and security of documents and data relevant to the role.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
  • A combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this position.
  • Efficiently and accurately selects products.
  • Capable of safely operating powered industrial equipment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong time management skills to optimize productivity.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and navigate the store.
  • Ability to stock products from receiving areas to shelves.
  • Capability to place items weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights.
