About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate. As a key member of our center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facilities maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events and promotions
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including invoicing and reporting
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old
