Job Summary:This is a travel Vascular Technologist position with a reputable healthcare facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vascular ultrasound and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Perform noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations to assess patient status and provide preliminary impressions.
- Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner, promoting a safe work environment and adhering to national patient safety initiatives.
- Work effectively with staff and customers to maintain an environment of excellence.
- Graduate of a formal vascular ultrasound program or equivalent level of training and experience.
- Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as Registered Vascular Technologist or by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as Registered Vascular Sonographer.
- Minimum of eighteen months experience preferred; will consider new graduate from an accredited vascular ultrasound program, or Registry eligible applicant.
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support/CPR (BCLS) certification required.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
