Convenience Store Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floating Store Manager to join our team at Global Partners LP. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our convenience stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the retail operations team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the convenience store industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
