Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Supply Chain to oversee the management of planning, S&OP, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce lead times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Lead the coordination of logistics operations, overseeing warehouses across multiple locations to ensure seamless handling, storage, and distribution of products.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce lead times.
  • Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize the ordering process.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, secure favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize advanced inventory management techniques to accurately forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management and procurement strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
