Role Summary:

The Regional Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in upholding the standards of the Cover Care Brand across designated markets. This position is responsible for managing the brand, guiding team members, and collaborating with upper management. Regular travel to assigned markets is essential for evaluating operations and ensuring compliance with brand standards while fostering teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this position, the individual must effectively perform the following duties, which will be evaluated as part of their performance assessment.   1. Engage in daily operational tasks within the assigned market.
  2. Maintain regular communication with headquarters and each designated market.
  3. Review past assignments completed by technicians to ensure adherence to Cover Care standards.
  4. Follow up with clients previously interacted with by technicians to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Participate in special assignments as necessary.
  6. Ensure that all team members represent the Cover Care Brand appropriately.
  7. Oversee the condition of vehicles used by technicians to ensure brand representation.
  8. Conduct site visits with technicians to verify compliance with brand standards.
  9. Provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct sales visits as assigned.
  2. Lead weekly regional team meetings.
  3. Review and approve employee timecards and leave requests.
  4. Ensure regular maintenance of company vehicles and report any issues.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles.
  6. Consistently represent the brand being managed.
  7. Provide on-site training as needed.
  8. Oversee local storage unit organization.
  9. Conduct annual performance reviews for assigned staff.
  10. Prepare weekly expense reports.
  11. Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following education and experience:
  1. High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in automatic pool cover service is required.
  3. Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
  4. A valid driver's license is essential.
Skills and Abilities:
