Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all tax-related activities within the organization, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a strong focus on tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all tax-related matters.
  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-judged decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-finance professionals.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation and financial reporting software.
  • A strong commitment to ethical conduct and integrity in all business dealings.
