As an Associate Analyst in Government Programs within the Department of Managed Health Care, you will work under the guidance of the Staff Services Manager I in the Procurement Unit. Your role will encompass a variety of analytical and administrative tasks, where you will be responsible for evaluating, advising, and guiding staff and management at all levels regarding the State purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and state policies.
  • Review and assess complex purchasing requests, including IT products and services, to determine the most suitable acquisition methods.
  • Engage in discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to foster a strong community within a remote work environment.
  • Utilize modern technology tools to facilitate informal communication and collaboration among team members.
