Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and developing business solutions to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze the delivery of ongoing information services to assigned customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate accurate and complete reports for management and regulatory agencies
  • Interpret applicable regulations and establish filing and auditing procedures to ensure records and files are accurate and in compliance
  • Provide input into departmental goals and objectives
  • Attend meetings of professional, civic, and service organizations
  • Promote positive public and professional relations
  • Work closely with clients to support the development and successful implementation of innovative business solutions
  • Assist in developing strategies to ensure that systems projects meet business objectives and requirements
  • May assist in the development of or contribute to published articles or presentations
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions
  • OR a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered
