Cedar City Corporation is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Code Enforcement Officer position. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving quality-of-life issues categorized as nuisances and other community concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address quality-of-life issues in the community
  • Enforce community standards and codes
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 19 years of age at the time of appointment
  • Must possess a valid Utah Driver License
  • Must have no felony or domestic violence convictions
  • Must be "Special Functions Officer" certified
  • Prior to hire, must be able to pass the P.O.S.T. physical fitness requirements
