Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled modelers in developing and implementing PK/PD, QSP, and PBPK models to optimize drug design and development.
  • Collaborate with discovery scientists to integrate knowledge of drug design parameters, disease pharmacology, and physiology to inform preclinical study designs.
  • Contribute to the analysis of preclinical PK/PD data for regulatory filings and documentation in reports.
  • Work closely with business development to evaluate external opportunities and build relationships with partner functions and therapeutic areas.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong background in integrating preclinical data sets to aid in the development of translational PK/PD models.
  • Technical expertise in quantitative pharmacology and hands-on experience with modeling and simulation software and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior modelers and scientists, as well as driving project teams and developing scientific strategy.
