Pharmacy Technician Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work closely with our pharmacists to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, verifying patient information, receiving prescriptions, processing prescriptions electronically, and resolving issues when they arise. You'll also be responsible for selecting the appropriate medicine, measuring dosages, sorting and stocking medication, monitoring inventory, performing administrative tasks, sterilizing surfaces and equipment, and maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations.
Benefits and Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
