Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, supporting, enhancing, and maintaining sourcing and logistics-related applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives, participating in business requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, and deployment tasks.
  • Lead and/or contribute to on-going support activities, working with business users and IT partners to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
  • Create process flow documents, functional specifications, and test scripts as needed for projects or initiatives.
  • Mentor and assist other team members on application, platform, and interface knowledge and methods.
  • Support users in various regions, ensuring compliance with Kontoor policies regarding system access, data security, and change control.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related experience as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software, such as NGC, Logility, or Infor.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in working on regional and/or global supply chain projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistic platform and EDI interface integration (a plus).
  • Related experience in Global Trade Management Solution, SAP (a plus).
  • A solid understanding of supply chain operations, including orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Able to lead workshops with internal and external technical and business groups.
  • Able to work and manage vendors on daily support activities according to SLA.
