Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to become part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the restaurant's operational success during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and oversee team members while assigning tasks as necessary
Inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service
Address customer concerns with poise and professionalism
Comply with all health and safety standards
Prepare sales and productivity reports for upper management
Manage inventory levels, reorder supplies, and restock as needed
Fill in for absent team members as required
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, restaurant management systems, and POS technology
Ability to maintain composure and excel under pressure
Exceptional management and leadership abilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
