Property Leasing Specialist

Tesoro Group is in search of a skilled Leasing Agent to support our esteemed client's operations across two residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in property management, specifically in full-cycle leasing within diverse market segments, including Market Rate and Luxury Properties.

Compensation: $17-$19/hour based on qualifications. This position is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, with potential adjustments to include Saturday hours after training.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and cultivate positive relationships.
• Contribute effectively as a member of the on-site team.
• Engage with prospective tenants both in person and via phone.
• Conduct property tours and facilitate the leasing process.
• Manage applications and necessary documentation for leasing or renewing resident agreements.
• Assist residents with inquiries and log service requests.
• Process rent payments and other fees from residents and prospects.
• Conduct regular inspections of the community.
• Support marketing initiatives and outreach programs.
• Participate in resident engagement activities.
• Maintain the leasing office and model apartments to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Handle administrative tasks including mail processing and document preparation.

• Minimum of one year of experience in property management with a focus on full-cycle leasing.
• Familiarity with government subsidy programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Yardi software is essential.
• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.
