About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Content Creator to join our team at Snowball Agency. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling content strategy for our client's YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases our client's brand story and thought leadership
  • Craft engaging and captivating narratives that highlight our client's innovative approach to corporate recognition and culture
  • Produce high-quality video content that drives business results and resonates with our target audience
  • Lead the ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing processes to produce engaging and effective video content
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with our team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in film or video production, with a strong background in editing and storytelling
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro
  • Strong business acumen and passion for corporate brand building
  • Excellent storytelling ability and creative vision
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
