  • Collaborate with staff to develop and conduct training programs
  • Establish and maintain effective teamwork and communication
  • Participate in support groups and stay up-to-date on research and new programs
  • Assess educational needs of staff and provide training and support
  • Market the program through community involvement and outreach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LPN certification
  • Experience working with Alzheimer's and other dementia individuals
  • Previous programming experience
  • Background in nursing and providing care for seniors
