Ampcus Incorporated is a leading provider of technology and business consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of EVP, Global Technical Lead. This position requires a deep understanding of forensic accounting and the insurance industry, as well as a proven track record of success in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the firm. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing the firm's long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives.

* Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and building strategic partnerships.

* Participating in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational or training presentations.

* Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

* Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques.

* Overseeing the quantification of insurance claims and litigation support matters on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters, attorneys, etc.

* Supporting the development and training efforts of staff and middle management to encourage their growth and the growth of the firm.

* Representing Ampcus Incorporated at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.

Requirements for this role include:

* A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

* Certification(s) to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in key related skills such as ABV, CPA, CFE, or similar.

* A minimum of 10 years of forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation, or related experience.

* A valid passport and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required for both client engagements and business development efforts.

* A record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill, responsibility, and independence.

* Proficiency in computer skills and experience with accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

* Confidence to handle confrontation, pressure, and deadlines.

* Skilled at building relationships with others.

* Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are beneficial but not required.
