The After School Program Coordinator provides strategic development and implementation of the onsite after-school program, catering to the needs of youth residing in the apartment community. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for driving positive outcomes through community engagement and understanding.
This is a part-time position (16 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday, 12pm-6pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 1pm-6pm. Schedule is subject to change.
Requirements:
-One year of experience in social services or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
Minimum of one year experience in both:
o after-school programs or educational settings for youth
o serving diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency and community awareness.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
