EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technical or business field.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Experience in lumber remanufacturing, woodworking, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in lean six sigma methodologies with a track record of leading change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data collection and analysis.
  • Highly organized and energetic, capable of managing diverse projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to integrity and accountability.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and shipping processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
