Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education in Dunwoody, Georgia. As a Pre K Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum and state requirements in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment for learning and growth.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Support the success of our center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
