  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial registrations, quality, marketing, and product management, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication of regulatory requirements.
  • Market Authorization: Ensure market authorization for ingredients and finished products, working closely with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advise and support quality, marketing, and product management departments to ensure regulatory compliance of products and marketing materials.
  • Product Labeling and MSDS: Manage and advise on product labeling and MSDS, ensuring compliance with ADM standards.
  • Customer and Regulatory Engagement: Engage with customers and regulatory authorities to respond to regulatory inquiries and provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Animal Nutrition, Toxicology, Food/Feed Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a management role within regulatory affairs.
  • Cross-Cultural Approach: Strong cross-cultural approach and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Organizational Skills: High organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people and build strong relationships.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite, with additional languages being an asset.
