• Ensure all necessary supplies are available for seamless service.

• Assist in food preparation and presentation for café service.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Address customer concerns with a friendly demeanor and report issues to management promptly.

• Maintain a welcoming and prompt service standard.

• Report any safety hazards to management immediately.

  • Complete all assigned opening tasks, including setting up service areas.
  • Attend to guest needs, ensuring accurate billing and swift resolution of issues.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the shift.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
  • Utilize a POS system effectively for order processing.
  • Assist with closing duties to prepare for the next service.
  • Deliver in-room dining orders and amenities as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

• Ability to work safely and in an organized manner.

• Serve Safe certification is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

• Capability to reach for items on shelves and perform repetitive tasks.

• Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs occasionally.
