Job Summary

The Medical Navigator will serve as a single point of patient access, assisting clinicians and patients in managing specialty and diagnostic referrals. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lead patients through the healthcare system with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide centralized patient access and coordination of referrals
  • Lead patients through the healthcare system, from referral initiation to results tracking
  • Collaborate with clinicians to individualize and enhance patient care
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless patient experience
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with demonstrated experience in a multi-specialty physician office
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Demonstrated competence in acute care patient management and organization
  • Commitment to collaboration with physicians to enhance patient care
