Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the role of Director of Food and Nutrition Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional culinary experiences to patients, employees, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Sourcing and procuring ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in food or hospitality management. A Food Protection Management Certification is required, and relevant certifications like Registered/Licensed Dietician or Certified Dietary Manager are preferred.
