Overview

Mission Veterinary Partners is seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to provide exceptional client service and support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients and their pets.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Schedule appointments and surgeries, and confirm with clients as needed.
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide support to veterinarians and other team members as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on veterinary terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary terminology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
