About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead to join our team at Leidos. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical team and ensuring that customer-specific requirements are translated into solutions that meet the customer's mission needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring that all technical aspects of the project are properly managed.
  • Site Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the site, including managing budgets, setting performance objectives, and ensuring that all operations are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and support senior leadership, as well as conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholder relations, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop and implement solutions for network problems, as well as business plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Network Design: Design, organize, and deliver product awareness, skills transfer, and product education sessions for staff and suppliers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of prior relevant experience, or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and people skills, as well as experience in operation of large communications networks.
  • Preferred Experience: Demonstrated experience with a Government Customer, and/or prior military experience.
