Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at MPLOY. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work.

The Account Director will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets their needs. This includes managing client expectations, working closely with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills. They will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets their needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely and effective communication
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and account teams, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to develop client strategies
