With a team of seasoned professionals specializing in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, we are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to join our dedicated workforce.


Position Overview:

The Installation Supervisor will manage installation teams, conduct site visits to evaluate processes, oversee material usage and labor hours, and ensure that installations are executed efficiently and in compliance with Trenchless Today’s policies, procedures, and industry standards.

This role involves guiding the installation crew to troubleshoot challenges encountered during projects and collaborating with various departments to guarantee the successful completion of all assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop installation teams.
  • Compile material lists for projects and procure necessary supplies.
  • Review project documentation from the Sales department to manage jobs effectively.
  • Respond to inquiries from field installers regarding products and installation procedures.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise crew performance and ensure timely and proper installation of products.
  • Collaborate with management to create and maintain comprehensive written procedures.
  • Assist in business development, including identifying opportunities for additional sales and new business ventures.
  • Exhibit professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Work alongside other departments to support the overall success of the organization.
  • Engage actively in training sessions and company meetings.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction or skilled labor.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to instruct, train, and develop team members.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for accurate measurement calculations.
  • OSHA certifications are advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
