Responsibilities

  • Participate in unit-based shared governance, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, evidence-based practices, and industry developments to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handling multiple priorities and specialized equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
