About the Role

We seek detail-oriented students or graduate professionals to join our Data Solutions department in this entry-level part-time role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment and committed to delivering high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities

  • Downloading, organizing, and renaming files within our alternative investments database
  • Document management and creation
  • Creating and tracking LOAs (Letter of Authorization)
  • Reconciling transaction level data in Excel
  • Escalating system and data issues to the client-facing team and/or team lead

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of data entry experience
  • Familiarity with technology, software tools, and applications, including Excel
  • Well-organized and self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with handling confidential data

Additional Information

This part-time position requires 29 hours per week. Onsite work will take place from 8:30am to 2:30pm or 11:30am to 5:30pm, with a competitive hourly rate of $20. We believe collaboration drives innovation and encourage employees to work together in the office five days a week.
