Key Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution assisting customers either in person or via phone.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, along with proficiency in standard office applications and equipment.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service coupled with a positive demeanor.
  • Effective time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize various responsibilities and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in managing negotiable instruments.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commitment to enhancing the customer experience through effective issue resolution.
  • Adaptability to a collaborative team atmosphere where knowledge sharing and constructive feedback are encouraged.
  • Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends.
Role Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact for our members, you will represent Velocity with professionalism and warmth, delivering outstanding service, addressing financial inquiries, and educating members about products and services that can improve their financial health.
