Crunch Fitness Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Vice President of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clubs in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial results and exceed sales plans
  • Manage and train General Managers and Fitness Managers to ensure exceptional customer service and club performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness
  • Provide recommendations to management for existing and new growth opportunities and market insights
  • Travel to various clubs across Massachusetts to support operations and drive sales

Travel Requirements:

This role requires 100% travel to various clubs across Massachusetts, Monday through Friday.
