In this position, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of individuals facing substance abuse challenges, often alongside co-occurring conditions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation necessary for billing processes.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance related to data and record management.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate concerns during weekly meetings with management.
  • Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Document minutes during staff meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and various documents as required.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  • Operate program vehicles when necessary.
  • Safeguard confidential information diligently.
  • Perform regular data entry tasks in the AVATAR system.
  • Monitor and document data related to census and bed day reports.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering office and household supplies.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members and staff.
  • Assist with transportation needs as required.
  • Support management in program presentations to external stakeholders.
  • Act as a designated Safety Coordinator, communicating relevant information from safety committee meetings.
  • Provide support to frontline staff during breaks as needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proficient in computer use, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems.
  • Familiarity with demographic data collection.
  • Ability to protect and manage Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in community program presentations.
  • Ability to execute projects and assess outcomes.
  • Experience working with clients in crisis situations.
  • Background in engaging with diverse populations and cultures.
  • Good judgment and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries with participants.
  • Capability to drive a 10-passenger van.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Background check and drug testing required upon hire.
  • Current flu vaccination.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination mandates as applicable.
  • TB Test.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time and part-time employees working over 20 hours per week, including:

  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, life, and LTD for employees, with 50% coverage for dependents.
