Your Impact:
In this position, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of individuals facing substance abuse challenges, often alongside co-occurring conditions. You will have the opportunity to develop and apply your skills in compassionate care, crisis intervention, and de-escalation within a supportive and inclusive work setting. Your contributions will help individuals navigate their journey from hopelessness to a place of value and potential for a better future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation necessary for billing processes.
- Conduct Quality Assurance related to data and record management.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate concerns during weekly meetings with management.
- Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
- Document minutes during staff meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and various documents as required.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate program vehicles when necessary.
- Safeguard confidential information diligently.
- Perform regular data entry tasks in the AVATAR system.
- Monitor and document data related to census and bed day reports.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering office and household supplies.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members and staff.
- Assist with transportation needs as required.
- Support management in program presentations to external stakeholders.
- Act as a designated Safety Coordinator, communicating relevant information from safety committee meetings.
- Provide support to frontline staff during breaks as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proficient in computer use, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems.
- Familiarity with demographic data collection.
- Ability to protect and manage Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in community program presentations.
- Ability to execute projects and assess outcomes.
- Experience working with clients in crisis situations.
- Background in engaging with diverse populations and cultures.
- Good judgment and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries with participants.
- Capability to drive a 10-passenger van.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Background check and drug testing required upon hire.
- Current flu vaccination.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination mandates as applicable.
- TB Test.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time and part-time employees working over 20 hours per week, including:
- 100% coverage of medical, dental, life, and LTD for employees, with 50% coverage for dependents.
