Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate and high-quality assistance to seniors in their residences.
  • Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their overall well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and tidy living space.
  • Administer medications and aid with mobility as required.
  • Monitor and communicate any changes in clients' health and well-being to the appropriate personnel.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Helpers team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- CPR and first aid certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly. Additional rates may be available based on specific cases, up to $30/hr
